Hyuro is now in France where she painted a couple of pieces in the last days in the streets of Arles.
As we have seen earlier, Hyuros work incorporates a visceral and stereotyped relationship between the female figure and the home.
I have to admit, It has been difficult not to associate Hyuro’s work with her partner’s Escif, but sometimes she steps away from this path and manages to create pieces of a value of their own proposing a less sober, more complex and of greater refinement of colour and detail. Here two of her latest pieces, beautiful and poetic as always.
