Expressionist surrealism reached this year’s Pow! Wow! Hawaii thanks to this wonderful wall by american artist Andrew Schoultz.
Painted for the people of Honolulu, the new mural showcases Schoultz ‘s traditional imagery, both familiar and fantastical and often based in the idea of chaos and destruction rendered in his very particular way.

‘ Through murals, paintings, installations and drawings, I have found a way to tell stories about everyday life; filtering political commentary through the forms of graffiti art and underground comics, fused with medieval renderings that chart the history of man and nature.’ – Andrew Schoultz
