One of the big names participating from this year’s POW! WOW!Hawaii was Vhils. Last Tuesday was the festival’s last day, but the pieces remain, quality murals like the one we see here.
Carved in the wall, this new portrait is dedicated to the people of Hawaii and can be found around the Kaka’ako district.
