Italian artist and illustrator MP5 just finished this sweet mural for the always great Memorie Urbane festival, this time in Itri, Italy.
MP5’s work is characterized by a clear balance between narrative and the comic-like look of her drawings also transferred to walls. Whites and blacks that deep and relentless feed off each other, thick lines and soft shapes that search for the essential in the form.
“City Born” is a good example of this. The new mural shows the image of a woman connected to the city through an umbilical cord and surrounded by a soft  green colour that highlights the peaceful look of our main figure. Great use of the space and beautiful composition.
