Australian artist Rone is now in Malaysia where he just finished his second street piece there for the UX Urban Exchange: Crossing Over project, an urban exchange program between Urban Nation Berlin and Penang based Hin Bus Depot Art Centre.
Painted in the streets of Penang, we are once again confronted with Rone’s sensuous imagery in the form of two murals featuring two beautiful portraits of local women. The image above is just beautiful blending into the wall like a ghost from the past.

The urban exchange program focuses on education about street art and urban art to city officials and art schools and their goal is to learn from and work with one another on acceptance and support for urban contemporary art worldwide.
The program includes an art exhibition that opened las night at the Hin Bus Depot Art Centre and that includes works of all the participant artists to celebrate the opening of this very first International Street Art festival in Malaysia – Urban Xchange: Crossing over.
