This interesting mural was painted by Italian artist Giulio Vesprini in Civitanova, Italy for the Department of Communication at the ICA’s headquarters.

Like in the rest of his oeuvre, Vesprini’s work is characterised by a conscious imagery where he applies the geometry of the space in clean shapes and signs inspired by nature.

He defines himself as an independent artist being part of a wave of progressive artists in the graffiti and street art scene for the past few years, is a designer and architect that successfully merges graphics and architecture onto mural painting. His abstractions enhance public spaces with elegant and minimalist images, often interacting with the surroundings.

This new mural is the first at the ICA and the project will hopefully give room for more interventions from different artists from around the world.
