Argentinian artist and muralist Elian is currently in Australia where he just finished this interesting new wall for Public 2015 in Perth.
With “Repeating Shapes” as the mural was titled, we are once again confronted with a piece close to the realm of abstract minimalism. The use of subtle formal gestures and strong and contrasting colour choices give here space to an interesting interconnectedness between the different shapes that seems to play with the surrounding architecture balancing the composition and integrating it to it.
