David de la Mano is now back in Uruguay where he just finished this new mural in Montevideo.
Not unlike the rest of his work, David de la Mano introduces us to a world of symbolic, mass human behaviour and condition through silhouetted characters – sometimes part human/part tree bringing some mysticism to the street art scene. Something De la Mano describes as follows:
“People are the theme of my work, especially human behaviour and the collectivism, conflicts and contradictions that we naturally encounter and try to resolve. I enjoy creating complex images, where a simple glance only sees the consolidated whole of what has been created. It is in the finer detail that the little stories intertwine with other, perhaps more confusing, plots.”
