Munich-based artist Rafael Gerlach aka SatOne is back in the streets of Germany after a successful first solo show in the U.S. at 886 Geary Gallery in San Francisco (here).
Known for his progressive and experimental abstract approach to painting, his work represents an interesting mix of powerful graphic style and improvised abstract elements that open up new dimensions and give shape to a unique pictorial universe. ‘Insomnia’ as the mural was titled, and painted as part of the Stadt.Wand.Kunst project in Mannheim, Germany is no exception.
