Bologna-based artist Tellas was recently in Bonito, Italy invited to take part of this years Impronte Festival, an event curated by Colettivo Boca, and made possible thanks to the contribution of Museo Salvatore Ferragamo and Bonito’s City Council.

Titled “In the heart of Irpinia” the works speaks as usual about the artist’s fascination for ethereal and untouched landscapes rendered through a delicate line-work in a grading red colour scheme. His work is minimalistic yet very detailed depicting natural motifs that, abstracted and persistently repeated, evoke a sense of vastness that eventually translates into a feeling of calmness, nostalgia and enigmatic beauty.

Impronte 2016 will count with the participation of five artist, Gola Hundun, Millo, Milu Correch, Tellas and Giulio Vesprini, and will be divided in two phases. The first one, from May until August this year, will see the five street art interventions in the center of Bonito. The second phase will start immediately after, featuring an exhibition presenting five historical shoes from Museo Salvatore Ferragamo in Florence at Convento Francescano di Bonito, along with the works created by five street artists. In addition to this there will be workshops for children, an exhibition of street art, talks and more.
