Italian artist Riccardo Lanfranco, also known as Corn79, sent a few images of his last wall painted for the “Effimural” project curated by “il cerchio e le gocce”, a cultural association founded in Turin in 2001 with the aim of promoting underground culture, street art and graffiti as well as urban regeneration.
The wall is part of a series of ephemeral murals that only stay for a short period of time before it becomes painted over again to give space to new artworks. The mutable space is organised by the association Il Cerchio e le Gocce and it is located close to Turin’s main train station, Porta Susa, and has already counted with the participation of some of Urbanite’s favourite artists, Nawer and MrFijodor.
The new piece is a good example of Corn79’s style characterised by a close study to the relationship between colour, shape and balance, always working in harmony with its urban setting. Below a few images of the work by Livio Ninni
