Argentinian graphic designer and visual artist Lucas Parbo is one of the many talented artists participating in the second edition of the ColorBA festival in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Titled “La Ribera”, the new mural is characteristic of Parbo’s work that influenced by various artistic expressions as comic and American Pop  Surrealism, expresses something unique. His work combines figuration and abstraction alike, often juxtaposing vibrantly coloured living forms with symbols and abstract elements.
Coming from a graffiti background and having devoted himself the creation of artworks that are both graphic design and character-culture inspired, Lucas Parbo is one few artists that have managed the transition from the street to gallery working in a variety of media and developing a unique and genuine style. This new mural is a clear example of this, and it is stunning.
