Nuart Festival 2016 , which is officially kicking off next week, already hosted an amazing two-week artist residency with the internationally renowned street art duo Ella & Pitr in collaboration with Utsira kommune in Norway. Back in the west coast of Norway, where they last year painted probably world’s largest mural, the duo, known by their storybook-like illustrations, decided to spread some
