Public Storyteller is a site specific installation by Italian conceptual artist Fra.Biancoshok created for this year’s Stencibility in Tartu, Estonia. Known for his Ephemeralism series, created with the purpose of producing works of art that have to exist briefly in space but limitlessly in time through the photography and video, Fra.Biancoshock creates satirical street installations that challenge our understanding and perception of
