October 17 is here and a new piece by Banksy has been unveiled. Entitled “Bed Stuy” the new stencil is a good example of clever placement and execution. The piece is located on Corner of Graham and Cook in Bk, next to New York Optical and was damaged just a few hours after it was unveiled. Soon after an unofficial “Banksy Community Restoration Crew” showed up (pic blow).
In addition to this piece, Banksy added the cover of the New York Post showing the following headline: GET BANKSY: NYPD Hunts artist. Now the NYPD vandal’s squad is after Banksy and promised to remove any of his creations on public property. We will see…
